Grief & Anger
Grief and anger shut me down at times, and I would fawn and do nothing. This is a viscous cycle. To get out of this pattern, I learned and utilized many healing tools over the years. These have helped me throughout my life.
Human Design taught me about my ( how to make things happen). Once I put my strategy into practice, I realized I was taking my power back from the trauma I endured as an educator.
Examples of using me using my strategy (wait to respond through asking questions) to move through grief:
"Do I want to journal or get outside?" OR
"Do I want to take a bath or eat something sweet?"
"Do I want to scream or listen to music?"
"Do I want a hug or to complete a small task I've been putting off?"
"Do I want water or some warm tea?"
The list could go on and on. My body responds to giving it CHOICES. I learned this through studying human design. Only recently did I start using my strategy to support me with the anger and grief I have been carrying in my body FOR YEARS. I lived out of my alignment and strategy for so long. I was tired. Exhausted. Felt powerless.
Implementing your design is like lifting weights and strengthening muscles; it takes time & eventually you start to see changes.
